Looking for a traditional Chinese meal as good as they used to be look no further. Great delicious food with a friendly and efficient service, in a clean and relaxed setting. I was stuffed after the set menu main dishes and thought i couldn't eat anymore but then I tasted the fried pineapple for desert so nice was to die for, i would go back just for that. On site parking is ample overall good experience here and would recommend
Have been going here for 30 years and I don't think it is any different now than when it opened. They've stuck to their formula and you know what you're going to get. Nice food, attractive Chinese styled decor and waiters who are always there when you need them. The food is standard Chinese fare, no surprises, but very tasty. The weekday Business Lunch is a good value deal and recommended. It's usually the restaurant of choice for our children's birthdays and they like to get dressed up to come here. Be aware that they are shut on bank holidays Parking: Very tight parking spaces and maybe 20 of them in total. Larger vehicles will struggle and some park on the main road
We were celebrating a special occasion for lunch from the main menu rather than the Business Lunch special. The food came in generous proportions and full of great flavours. There was enough variety for 5yr old to eat well and when she became unsettled it was great to watch the Koi. Prices range from lunch 3 course meal for £13 to a full banquet great for a special occasion. Service is friendly, very accommodating and attentive.
Very disappointed, had left a 5-star review in the past the quality seems have slumped. The Duck was very dry and the orange sauce to go with the duck was far too sweet. The beef was tough and had little flavour. May have a new chef in but we wont be going back as not cheap and the standard is worse that a Chinese from the fish and chip shop. Chinese delight you need to pay more attention to your product before you lose more customers
I'm changing my review. Just spoken to an absolute idiot on the phone after trying to book a table. Disgusting way to speak to customers when trying to book a table. I bet everyone gets the same treatment too becuse I chose to ignore this attitude previously, but not now. Saying you have to leave at 2 o'clock because the kitchen closes and that you have to eat fast because we need the table after one and a half ours of sitting down.
My sister and I always visit for the 3 course lunch when we go to Frodsham. It is very good value for the money, the staff are friendly, the food is lovely and the restaurant is really nice with a lovely water feature.Food: 5/5

I know we are in the middle of an energy crisis. But you really need to put some heating on. It's freezing in there. You know it's bad when all th staff are wearing gilet, your need to keep your coat on...... food was nice.Food: 4/5

Tried to arrange a collection order but was cancelled by the person on the end of the phone because a member of our family has a food allergy - despite the website saying ‘FOOD ALLERGIES i.e Nuts, MSG, etc. Kindly inform our staff who will be pleased to assist you’ Clearly had some sort of allergy issues in the past……..rated one start because zero isn’t an option. Dietary restrictions: Have none - they cancel their order if any allergies are spoke on about!!
