The food is quite tasty, but I wouldn't consider it value for money portion size isn't that large, nothing stands out. That being said, the service was very good and pretty fast, too. I believe there are better options in the area, both in terms of authenticity and atmosphere as well as value for money.Food: 4/5
Decent food and pricing, yet, delicious. Don’t expect it to be authentic, but tastes amazing. I took a take away, everything was packed nicely and cooked very quick. Would be perfect for a quick bite. The place is clean, they have an English menu.
Went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch because it wasn’t crowded and we had had quite a bit of Greek food already. The service at Noodle Bar was fine. The food was much below our standard unfortunately. The wonton was nothing compared to even the average wonton in San Francisco Bay area. The beef ramen was sour. The beef was not chewy. The ramen was not elastic and it’s in short broken pieces. The pad tai was even more sour and very few and tiny shrimps. I cannot recommend this restaurant.
We were disappointed. The reviews are good because they are offering a free dessert if you leave a review!! Service was bad. We had to ask for plates to eat the food off of. The staff were miserable. Food was average. You don't get very much meat or shrimp in any of the dishes. Would rather pay more for a better meal elsewhere. Would not recommend.
Found this place randomly as was searching for Thai food around Athens centre. The place has got an easy acces, fast service and food is really good. Definitely worth trying if fancy something different.Food: 4/5
The 2 star rating is based entirely on the waitress who seemed genuinely nice. Other than that the Teriyaki Chicken was way too vinegary unless you enjoy the taste of pure vinegar. And the lady who was cleaning at the time couldnt have put up a more s*%€w you face for using the bathroom. Why not be honest and give me the finger up front. Unfortunately I had already tipped...hope most of it goes to the nice waitress.
Food was nothing close to authentic which is fine but it was also not tasty. As one of the other comments made, it does feel like everything is made from the cheapest ingredients. The laksa soup was basically a blend tom yum with rice noodles.
Located very close to Ermou street and syntagma square. Food taste is ok, nothing special, needs a boost in flavour. Huge quantities. Nice and kind waitress. Covid-19 measures: staff wear face masks.
Not cheap but with cheap and poorly food taste. People, have you ever been to Thailand before making pad thai, or have you ever read recipe of ramen? Sushi, omg, who makes sushi from long rice? Jesus Christ, worst experience on Athens.
As a vegan, it makes it difficult to find a good “Asian” styled restaurant that has the vegan alternatives to the typical traditional dishes. This place wasn’t the exception. I do not expect them to cater to vegans, but nearly every dish included some form of fish oyster sauce, which has an easy alternative mushroom “oyster” sauce. As a vegan this would have been the gold standard because it adds a he so needed flavour to the dish. What I really like about this restaurant is that they were very accommodating in removing anything animal related from the dish, and did well to inform us of what had animal products in it. The food was good, but we have had much better with the right alternatives, obviously it needed the right sauces to make the dish properly, but as we were really hungry and it was late it had to do. 1 star for the staff, 1 star for the accommodation, 1 star for the food. Missing 2 stars from me for the vegan options it really is simple and veganism is on the rise, and I hope they will be willing to give vegans a chance in their restaurants because we exist and we also have money.
