I was a walk in and placed a small order. I was told it would be around 25 minutes. It actually took 45 minutes and the other people waiting all seemed in the same position, with one lady who had been waiting 1.5 hours! The food itself was average and my sons chicken curry appeared to have a whole packet of curry powder in it which made it ridiculously spicy. Will probably try a different takeaway next time.
Usually lovely, have used for years, but yesterday it was awful! Food was very late, despite ordering early over the phone, they were extremely busy so this could be forgiven. However, the food was stone cold on collection, proving that it had been around for a while. Greasy and so over thickened with cornflour it was inedible. Don't normally complain, but did phone today. Spent over £70 and the Girl I spoke to couldn't have been less interested. Barely articulate and didn't give a toss. Constructive criticism not welcome here.
Delivery was fine, only a little late, but I’m sorry to say the food is just awful. Sweet and sour sauce just tastes like vinegar and leaves a weird taste in my mouth. The chow mien is completely tasteless, as was the fried rice. A few of the spring rolls had absolutely no filling, the rest had the bare minimum. Certainly not worth the price either. Was really disappointed as I had been looking forward to this after finding a Chinese that delivers small child in bed, can’t pick up. unfortunately the food was so bad I put the rest in the bin and won’t be going back.
Since being taken over the food is just amazing, so much flavor and great portions. Definitely recommend the chicken balls, duck spring rolls, chicken chow main. Will 100% be ordering again.
My Thai curry was like a runny tepid pond. We ordered chicken and got pork. All together a depressing meal.
Heard it has been taken over by new management recently and was incredibly surprised on how tasty and flavoursome the food was. Especially when myself and my partner rarely eat Chinese cuisine. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
Myself and my partner heard it was under new management and decided to try it again. Needless to say it exceeded all our expectations! We aren’t big Chinese cuisine lovers but really enjoyed our delivery order. Will be coming back again. Very tasty !
If I could put no stars I would. I have been a long time customer however it's unlikely I'll return. Went in to collect an order on sept 12th. Order wasnt ready, which is no issue, the lack of any one offering me and sort of customer service WAS an issue. I wasnt told what was happening at all. They just stood in front of me arranging their board. I eventually asked what was happening and was told she didnt know. so I waited. No apology or offer of time line. I then complained about this and was just blinked at. Yes. She stood there just blinking at me through her glasses.No apology. Nothing. Finally food arrived. I left. Husband had beef curry, me shrimp curry. His was spicy but very normal level of heat. Mine keep in mind I eat very very spicy curries was so hot it was in edible. I had no dinner because it was just AWFUL. I looked for an email so I could bypass the woman at the till and put in a complaint, there isnt one - I'd phone and complain but the level of customer service is nil, so I'll just go elsewhere. A huge disappointment.
had a wonderful experience, staff where lovely and had great style, my order of vegiterian spring rolls where quick to arrive and tasted devine, will be going back regularly.
Great food, especially the chicken balls there lovely, always get here at the estimated arrival, such polite staff inside the takeaway and dropping the food off :
