Our local Chinese shop. Love it, food is good
We were really disappointed in tonights food. Only took about 10/15 minutes to arrive it was ready so quick. The polystyrene boxes had melted on to the chips from the microwave, the chips were hard and dry, the salt and pepper chicken was dried up from being microwaved and there was no dip with the wantons. The delivery driver even reversed his car on to our neighbours drive and left it there to deliver our food!! We order from here all the time but this has really put us off :
Ordered a few times as the food is nice but every order has arrived cold. NYE was a joke though! Over three hours late from requested delivery time, we had to keep chasing them. Requested a refund but they wouldn't as apparently it was en route.... clearly it wasn't!!
wrong food was delivered to my house, so I called to complain and the staff was very rude, they told me just take it up with just eat! i said no i want the food I've ordered and paid for. After arguing for 10 minutes, my family had eat their's, but they agreed they will send me the new dish and it will be 25 minutes, after 40 minutes I called again, and they said its out for delivery and will be there soon. Still not arrived after another half an hour so I called back and was told by rude staff the meal isn't coming take it up with just eat! so after waiting a total of 3 hours i still had no food apart from cold chips and cold rice. its a shame, I've had 2 nice meals from here before, but the way I was treated as a customer this time I will never go back again, I SUGGEST IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GOING HERE, TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
Food was over 2 hour late, had to repeatedly chase with just eat as they would not answer the telephone. Asked for a refund but was told food was despatched, 40 mins later we were still waiting so clearly it hadn't been despatched. When it finally arrived the two set meals contained hardly any meat and mostly rice. The special chow main had very little meat in also. Definitely one to place avoid.
I like this takeaway. The food is very good and I am a very loyal customer and use it often despite the fact they’re regularly very late with the food. However they have now decided that they won’t deliver to me at all. 3 miles is too far. What delivery service won’t deliver at all past three miles. I am in PR6 area and therefore think this is ridiculous. This is what I get for being a good customer. The lady on the phone was also awfully rude therefore I will happily take my custom elsewhere.
5 star straight up. First time ordering, saw the reviews and thought I'd give it a chance.. It was 50 minutes early which was brilliant. Food was still very warm, and it tastes fantastic. Highly recommended
Used these nice folks a few times, everything brilliant, excellent food and always hot. 1 thing only, and we spoke about it, why do l have to pay £2 delivery and £0.50 service charge when l've spent £35? All sorted. Very pleaed again !!!
Tonight I’ve waited for nearly 2 hours for my order to be delivered for it to be delivered with half the food missing. When I called up to make them aware of their mistake, they knew full well they’d gone wrong because they knew exactly what address it was and what exactly was missing, I did NOT ONCE get an apology and was told that my food would arrive “AS AND WHEN it arrived” ...... Run by absolute morons.
Ordered through JustEat to an address different to my usual address. Food was delivered to my usual address. We had a confirmation email to prove we had the address correct. We called the restaurant to rectify it, they blamed us and hung up. A friend had to deliver the food to us. I would never order from there again, unless I could be certain no mistakes would be made. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Food was cold and soggy.
