Won't be using again. We go here regular and so far we've always been happy, until last night. Ordered for delivery and was warned it would be about an hour, that's fine we say. 1 hour and 15 minutes later and the food hasn't appeared so we call. It is the next one out they say and we are happy to wait for their delicious sweet n sour. Half hour later we call to be told that they gave us the wrong information earlier, the driver has just set off. Great, our long awaited tea will be here in a matter of minutes because surely they wouldn't lie, would they? Our food never arrived. If you are too busy to service your orders then be honest with your customers and give them a choice instead of leaving them hanging. Disappointed.
I have ordered from here many times and it used to be better. Tonight was the last straw, we waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for our order to receive cold food. I'm used to waiting 1.5 hours and the food being late from this establishment but I'm done. I'm finding an alternative for my Chinese cravings.
Food was cold. Chow Mein was ok but not enough vegetables and the gravy on the chips wasn't gravy. To much soy and sessimi seed oil in it.
Best Chinese in town by far, always alter dishes for me taking shrimp out or not putting them in , best chips also just call before you go, sezshuan is soo good unsure if that's rite spelling. Singapore vermicelli no shrimp wow!!!Food: 5/5
Ordered. Called 20 minutes after my estimated delivery and they hadn’t even started cooking it! Could have called and told me but didn’t. Now I’m going to work hungry. Will not use again
Simply really enjoy this food I've tried different menu items each time really nice food my go too chinease nothing slimy just cooked really great Better to go collect also much cheaper that just eat Really would recommend this place outshines alot of other Chinese takeaways Never had any issues never missing items might sometimes arrive later than expected I personally only had it arrive late once rest of time been earlier than expected Thease guys do a great job
Placed an order via Uber eats & was informed delivery would be up until 7.05pm, when it didn’t arrive for 7.10pm I rang the takeaway & it took me 132 times to get through. When I eventually did, I asked when the order would be arriving & was informed it was ‘just being given to the driver’ & would be a 15-20 mins even though it should have only taken 7 mins going off google maps. Order arrived at 7.35pm & have to say, yes it was late but oh my goodness !! It was definitely worth the wait. Everything was delicious & piping hot. I’m rating it a 4 star ONLY because the delivery was late. I will order from here again but at an earlier time. Order amount was £32
First time ordering from here. The amount of food we received was amazing for the price. It was fresh and hot. Unfortunately our 2 cans of pop wasn’t delivered , and the gravy literally had a layer of oil on top. Couldn’t fault the rest.
Always had lovely food and great service from the delivery drivers, really nice delivery driver tonight and nothing was too much for him. Great food and even better service
Used regularly lately. Very friendly service for collection even during busy periods. Family love the food and good prices too.
