The woman who takes the orders is very confrontational and abrupt . When asking questions about the menu she states that ‘this is how the menu has been for 20 years if you don’t believe me I can get the owner for you to speak to ’ . When explaining to her what’s written on the menu and what she’s saying doesn’t match she is very dismissive I won’t be ordering from them again as the food has also gone down with the staff. Food came cold and was not fresh . There food is overpriced and if you dare complain . Customer service is absolutely awful !
Got my order wrong on both sides also the rice was very hard and stale and had a very stale smell to it like rice had been reheated again will never go back there again after this DISGUSTINGFood: 1/5
This is the most disgusting Chinese place. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE - food was bland especially the sesame prawn toast & flavourless. HEALTH HAZARD - there was a hair in the food. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I called the restaurant and the lady at the reception was patronising she claimed the owner said “Don’t come back then, this is our way of making it” she also laughed and said she can’t do anything she just works there. I’m pretty sure they do not eat this at home, I wouldnt even feed this food to my dogs. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. All they are interested in is money, they will feed you anything just to make money out of you.
Absolutely dreadful. Food looks and smells like it's going to make me sick. Delivery was really late to the point I started calling the shop and the phones consistently disconnected. Wonder why... Avoid
The food is cooked well but it is underscored by a very passive aggressive and unprofessional front of house member of staff. I have spoken to management and had pleasant experiences with the cooks who provide consistently delicious food. The man who answers calls and is responsible for in-person customers is horrible. I called to mention an issue with my extremely regular order and he initially presented helpful pushing for my sympathy because he would get in trouble for the error and then minutes later recanting this sentiment and calling me a liar and threatening me with empty accusations. This is the most unprofessional, wrong and rude customer service experience I’ve ever had, completely unjustified and unhinged.

I called they still had an hour to close and i wanted to order for collection they said to me that i am going to walk slow even though i told them i live 3 minutes away and they hung up . This was rude and out of orderFood: 1/5

Food was not fresh at all. Really did not enjoy it. Normally order from here but so disappointed. They also messed up my order and got it completely wrong. The food need improving big time. The man that takes the order has the worst attitude.Food: 1/5
This is my local and go-to Chinese takeout restaurant of many years. I always order and collect and the service is always quick. I get the same thing every time box deal with sweet & sour chicken Hong Kong style, and egg friend rice; plus mini-veggie spring rolls on the side, and am never disappointed.
