This place is ridiculous! Preordered food at 5.45, they rang to say they were outside. They were not. I stood on my doorstep in the cold for over an hour. At first the drivers rang to tell us they were on their way. Then they switched off their phones! We rang the takeaway to be told he had no control over the drivers and WE would have to ring justeat for a refund! No apology and when we said that wasn't good enough he had no answer or solutions! Appalling!
It was the first place where I was literally kicked off with the excuse I couldn't eat inside. Lets just say that I wasn't disturbing or in the middle of the takeaway and when I asked for some napkins they asked me to leave...I couldn't believe it.
First time of ordering from this takeaway and it will be last salt and pepper chicken tasted like they just put the chicken in a tub of salt & the chicken curry was like rubber when biting into the chicken also slimey yuck
