Just ordered chicken fried rice, chicken balls and sweet and sour sauce come within 20 minutes and was the best Chinese I had food was fresh and tasty will definitely be ordering again soon x
2 and a half hours delivery for fried rice, curry sauce and chips!! Was told they’re doing local deliveries first when I’m 8 minutes away! Absolutely shocking would not recommend this place, food was below average and cold.
We sat in and the service was abysmal. The crispy duck wasn't crispy and the hot plate it sat on was filthy. The mains were OK but the rice portion was very small. The portion size was a fraction of the take out portion size and the menu must offer less than half of the take out menu . The staff was so focused on their take out orders they weren't interested in their diners. They may be having staff issues, who knows, but that shouldn't affect the menu offering or portion size. Time to check out the competition!
Prompt, efficient service for my takeaway, and the food was excellent. Recommended.
China Moon is a good little restaurant serving all your typical fayre of classic Chinese favourites. I've been coming here since 2019 every time I come to visit my dad and the food has always been hot & fresh.
Placed an order. First time 5:30pm Not told how long the wait would be! Phoned back after waiting 2 hours to be told another 25/30 minute wait.. Don't bother ordering from here.
Went for meal tonight not one customer in. Ordered drink. Sat for ages for starter no complimentary prawn crackers 50 mins pass eventually got starter I’ve had quicker delivery on eBay from slow boat fae China. Prawn crackers were damp not crispy. Sat ages again eventually got main dish. Food was ok but this place seriously needs staff as poor girl on till is serving takeaways taking orders from seated customers and serving them too while phone keeps ringing out. If eat out here make sure you’ve got plenty time on your hands
Went in for chips and curry sauce lovely had a sit down meal a few years back recommend
Ordered a chicken fried rice, looked like boiled rice, no soy sauce, totally bland. Possibly the poorest Chinese I've had. Definitely falling behind with the times this place
Wow, wow, wow! We have just finished a beautiful meal here which they dealt with for our large group with no electricity!!! Excellent service and exceptional Chinese food with authentic oriental flavours. Service was excellent, food was awesome and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We hiday nearby fairly regularly and will defiantly return in the future!
