Thanks for the raw chicken skewers, it'll be great when I spend all day tomorrow on the toilet. Rest of the food was just about edible. They rang me up five minutes after I placed the order, to say it was ready, I should have realised it was going to be garbage then.
Ordered my takeaway over the phone. The woman was very friendly and I could pick up very quickly in 15 mins. Great service while picking it up. Food was amazing! So much meat in the dishes, making it very good value for money. The flavour of the dishes was beautiful, throughly enjoyed by the whole family. Will definitely be using this as my regular
No hot towels to wash hands before food, and no hot stands to keep food warm. Even though they were almost empty, with staff standing around, dishes were bought up one at a time. So by time all main dishes were served, the first one was not hot anymore. They ran out of alcohol free beer, after only one bottle. Have used this place so much over the years, but not since moving a year ago. Was so disappointed. Won’t be using it again. Even though the food was good, the service let it down. Goodness knows how bad it would be if they had more than three tables full.
We went for a meal last night for my Nan’s 84th Birthday and OMG it was an absolute shambles. Firstly it took over an hour and a half to take our order we was the only party in there at that point as our booking was at 5pm due to having a baby with us in the party. We then had such long waits for the food to come and in total was there 3.5hrs! The food was lovely but the service was appalling. All very young teenagers that you could tell weren’t trained in Customer Service. Other staff just kept disappearing out the back. It used to be such a lovely restaurant but heard it’s under new management and is going to end up going out of business at this rate. Everyone eating in or having takeaway was complaining. We would have walked out if it wasn’t for being a special occasion and the family getting together. Luckily when the food came it was actually nice
We usually always collect without any issues but tonight thought we'd order for delivery and I don't think we'll make the same mistake again. First of all it took 2 and a quarter hours to arrive and then I noticed that a main dish was missing so called to have it sent out which turned up 35 minutes later… A near on 3 hour total wait
Usually, I order from here when the other Chinese takeaway is closed. I find them quite expensive and they don't seem to give a lot of food. Some dishes are tastier than the other Chinese places nearby ... however, this doesn't explain the huge price increases recently. I ordered a takeaway recently, and I had expressed that we do not like spicy food and if they could make the food mild. I have done this on numerous occasions before... and they had accommodated. On this occasion, all the food came spicy even with bright red chopped chillies mixed in. Couldn't eat the food, unfortunately. When I called and expressed how unhappy we were, they offered 10% discount on my next order. Well, that wasn't good enough as I couldn't eat this order. I feel my complaint was handled quite poorly, and now I'm reluctant to order again. It's ashame really as I do know many people love their food and don't mind paying the extra....myself included, but this visit left a sour taste.
Beautifully cooked food, nicely presented on hot plates. A vast array of choice to suit all tastes. Excellent unobtrusive but attentive service. Good prices, ambience and cleanliness.
Ordered a takeaway 2.30 hours ago and still not arrived rung up several times and they have left me on hold with no response. Rude and terrible customer service. Loyal customer gone won’t be ordering againFood: 1/5
Freezing cold inside food ok but chicken yuk except chicken balls were good, staff done good under pressure with people waiting for takeaway 45 minutes or more same amount of time if not longer to get our food and only 4 other people in the restaurant all FreezingFood: 3/5
Really terrible terrible food and customer service, Half of my order wasn’t delivered, what did come was stone cold, tough, salty and just disgusting, we threw the whole lot in the bin. Not cheep either. I called and was told “that’s a shame” by a rude very unhelpful man.
