Food arrived 45 mins late and cold. Not what I expect when paying £6.50 for delivery. Despite leaving written instructions on how to get to my property which apparently the drivers don’t bother to read and speaking directly with the first driver he took my order back to the takeaway. The second driver also struggled to find me, again didn’t read the clear directions I had given. The food arrived 45 mins late almost 1 hour after being cooked . It was cold, the chips and pancake rolls were soggy. I won’t be using this restaurant again.

We really enjoyed our sit-in meal. Service was fantastic: our waitress was very personable, giving our kids a crash lesson in the use of chopsticks. Food was surprisingly good: best Chinese food we’ve had in a while.

Full menu choice. Good food, large portions. Service could be improved, with less interference from Delivery men.

One of the worst frid rice I ever had. I ordered a beef fride rice, and as ordered they gave me just fride rice and beef, no Chinese tastes. All items too expensive when compared with other Chinese restaurants in Haddington. £££££

When here for a sit in meal and the service was good although with one hiccup which was acknowledged by the staff. Food arrived piping hot and was very tasty, good portion size too. Only real criticism is the price of the food, £4.50 for a portion of thin noodles is quite extensive in my opinion.

I give them the benefit of the doubt as ive worked in kitchens a lot and know how busy it can be but i ordered from here for meerley a chicken noodle soup, chips and prawcrackers. all very easy and quick things to make especialy since ive made all of them myself before. then for just eat to tell me they where on there way at half past 5 and i was still waiting till 20 past 6 when i made my order at half 4, i think this is rediculous and i wont be buying from them again even if the food itself was up to standard. prawn crackers take 30 seconds to cook chips take 5 mins in a deep fat fryer and soup you should have a basic set up allready at the perfect temperature on the go like all kitchens I've worked in which again 30 seconds to a minute to get the extras heated and the soup poured. theres no excuse that this meal could have taken no more than 10 20 mins to get done 40 minsfor business and then a further 10 15 mins for delivery since the distance is not that far away, i know as i travel further than haddington for my work every day. but i had to wait a further 55 mins almost an hour which is ridiculous they only have 2stars instead of one for the food still being warm.

Phoned for a delivery was told 45 mins to an hour 1hour 10 mins later we phoned to see what was happening and were told we just cooking it and be another half hour and abruptly told we have other deliveries you know, very rude then When it arrived worst takeaway we every had for £35 chicken was hard curry was salty and rotten never again

We've been going here regularly for over a decade. The standard is consistently excellent, the welcome warm and the ambience relaxing. Highly recommended.

I had lovely deep fried crispy beef with chilli and honey with fried rice, chips and noodles. My husband had beef in black bean sauce which he said was nice but he felt the beef had perhaps been boiled. I had pineapple fritter. Delicious. Coffee is great too.
