Never had a problem before today, usually lovely food and good customer service. However, after today won't be returning. Ordered through JustEat and requested a delivery time of 7:05. Rang at 7.20 as no sign of delivery and was told my food was just being started. Asked to cancel the order as we were heading out, hence requesting an earlier delivery time, and heard the bloke on end of the phone tell his colleague I was 'wasting his time being irritated because my food hadn't been delivered' and was then told personally that I had wasted their time. Last time I checked, a takeout company was you paying for a service, and that service was not delivered. Overall incredibly poor.

Very good food, and usually very quick delivery. Available on JustEat which is handy. Collection is usually very friendly and quick too.

Garbage customer service and bland food! Ordered at 6pm, told delivery time of 830, food arrived at 915. Joke of a place, avoid.

Good quality food. A bit rusty on delivery time but all in all 4/5.
