Staff was very friendly and helpful and easy to get to the metro. Great local neighborhood with a wonderful bakery down the street. However, the room was dirty. Stains on the carpet, coffee grounds still in the cup, mold on the shower liner.
Hotel with serious bed bugs infestation. No refunds provided despite not staying on the 2 nights out of the 3 nights we were there and management argued there were no bed bugs despite picture taken and have evidence. Be very careful if want to stay in this place. Check other people review where people have also warned of bed bugs infestation in this hotel.
Spent 2 nights. Friendly staff and very good position. Metro to the city centre at walking distance and amazing view over the river. Do not trust the menus of the restaurant though, they refused to give us the same “formule” that was stated there. Addressing to some concerns of previous visitors, communication was not an issue, the room was clean-ish, a little bit of dust in the corners and in some drawers and the Wi-Fi worked fine. Overall good experience, I would come back
Horrendous hotel. Room had ripped curtains, stains on carpet, A/C did notnwork. Breakfast was inedible, watery eggs, stale pastries. Staff was very indifferent, not friendly. I travel a lot for ny work and thisnis by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed. I do wonder where people who give this hotel 5 star reviews have traveled in the past. Avoid at all costs.

The hotel had brilliant service, super clean, a lot of space, comfortable, fair price and quite a good breakfast. I had slippers and new bottles of water every day. It is quite and cozy. I received iron easily and quickly without extra fee. I would definitely come back. Thank you for your great service!
What a nice location with the river. The hall of the hotel is a little bit expensive rather than normal hotels. Anyway, i am not satisfied with the aircondition of the hall. But, the location is sooo adorable. This is my second time in this hotel and a different hall..and I wish you all the best in your future. Salute
Looks more like a Pekin hotel than a Paris one and frankly that is way better. let's face it parisian hotels suck and are very bad value. located in alfort ville it is very easy to go to Paris from here, takes 15 to 20minutes on a quick ride. the rooms are extremely nice for the price bar the small TV. Bed is extra comfy. Staff is superior to every parisian hotel i've been to and by far that has really surprised me. you don't get the same treatment with the french lol. my favorite 4 star hotel in paris and nearby, def the best value and i've been to a ton of them.
Very good for a big parties like wedding and Concerts..
The Hotel is nice and comfortable. Room is spacious and clean enough. The reception and hotel lobby is big but there is not enough seats. When we did group check in, we have to stand and wait. The breakfast could be upgraded, the menu varians etc
