Its my own fault that i gave them another chance as was too hungry and the other local Chinese Restaurants were not answering there phone. The half crispy duck i ordered was over cooked and had very little meat on it for £21 i think it was a Mallard from the local canal,the seaweed had been cooked in old oil and the container seemed to have shrunk by a third since i last ordered. The spring rolls contained some some sort of vegetable mush and were in the bin after first bite. Ive told my family to stop me phoning them even as a last resort and to tell me to eat one of my slippers ,as this would be tastier. The free Crackers were amazing as usual btw
We made a large order and it was absolutely beautiful food. Service was as expected for a Saturday night, food was hot and tasty. Very impressive.
Ordered and told it would be 45mins, waited for 60mins and rang them to ask how long it would be, was laughed at and told it would be about another 45mins as we was in a queue. Rang again in another 20mins as was fed up and tried to collect and was told it would be 30mins. Absolute joke, plenty of other restaurants to try, will not use again.
Love your food and service I live in Woking and got the delivery in 20 min last night. Delicious and still hot. Great job and keep going!

We have used China Chef for several years and while the standard did drop for a while the past two years have seen a great improvement. Last night we ordered a small meal for home delivery and it was all excellent, hot and tasty when it arrived. We were eating within 30 minutes of ordering. I can recommend the Hot and Sour soup which was full of meat and the crispy chilli beef was fresh and crunchy as it should be.
Love their food and staff attitude, i give 5 stars
Food was good and quite a nice portion to be honest. Service not so much, ordered food online to a certain hour and got a call more than a hour earlier to come and collect, by the time everyone was home food was nearly cold. Chose collection because they automatically charge for delivery even though we live within range for free delivery, but the worst was trying to explain how all of this was bad to the lady there and just getting ignored as she carried away doing something else. Clearly they have no interest in keeping customers.
Ordered a take away to collect at 1850 and although told only a 30-45 min wait they don't start cooking food until payment taken at the shop, so 1hr and 10 mins after placing order only just get the food, not what you'd call fast food. They either need to tell you that food is not cooked until you arrive or order on the website and it might be ready in the time they say it should. Not good!!
