Never had a bad meal here. Always get enough meat too. We have never used another Chinese restaurant as you just can’t get any better. The delivery time is always accurate and delivery drivers are polite. Their website is super easy to use and they respond quickly if you need to email them. And the best part is, if you’ve only got cash you can pay with cash upon delivery.  Parking: You can park right outside and run in to collect if you’re collecting.

Ordered a meal at 9, didn't turn up untill 10 .10, unfortunately it was delivered to the wring address. They refused to believe it. After repeated arguments they agreed to refund. They have yet to refund anything. 26 beecholme high beeches.  block of flats in the morning I went to 26 high beeches  private house, different post code  which is three hundred yards from me, it was delivered to thier doorstep and left there all night. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

We used to use this place a lot. However the fish dishes are not very nice and the chips are soggy. The delivery was always late and the food was mediocre. We have since found a better Chinese with more choice and better tasting food. The staff also are not the friendliest here.

Disgusting tasteless food. Women had a cold behind the desk and gave me dirty cutlery. I mean how hard is it to get sweet n sour and egg fried rice wrong!!!

Awful a wild awful.  It use to be amazing then changed hands about 8 months ago.  All meat is over cooked dry and lacking flavour, the no over cooked.  Lacking English speaker so the lovely delivery driver is doing her best l, even went in the kitchen personally to make sure they cooked correctly as it’s the third time we have complained. Even with her help it was hurrendous

Always satisfied with the food I order from China Chef. Delivery is always quick, and collection is always hassle free. I usually opt for the usual items of crispy shredded beef, duck pancakes and special fried rice. Good portions, and the 1/4 duck comes already off the bone which saved a lot of messing around.

We ordered a takeaway for delivery last weekend. We was told an hour. It never came. We called the first time to be told it was on its way. After 15 minutes we where told the same. Again we called and they said we would receive £10 for the inconvenience.  This did not happen after being promised.  Once the food arrived it was not hot. The delivery drive is 4 minutes.  This is such poor service.  Really ruined the night. You have lost customers.  Certainly us because of your lack of care. Lots more reading this.  If anyone is happy to wait nearly 2 hours for food that was not even hot.

Absolutely awful service. Had previously ordered and had a good experience a few weeks ago. Tonight, delivery took 1 hour 40 min. Called and was told it was nearly here my address wasn’t asked for. Called again 15 min later and told the same thing. Finally turned up cold and the driver told me he had the food for 30 minutes. They are a 10 minute drive away. Lady on the phone less than helpful and extremely rude. Will never use them again.
