My absolute favourite place to eat, I've never had a bad experience here. The staff are lovely, the food is always excellent, the restaurant is clean and tidy and there's a really friendly and fun atmosphere, I can't recommend it enough!
Had a good meal. Friendly atmosphere & staff were lovely. Little slow getting meals to us, although a larger party, we were still only 7 people.
What has happened with the food in there ??This was my favourite mexican restaurant till today.. I can understand menu needs to be changed from time to time, but the food is now completely tasteless. Rice used to be really nice and spicy, now just a plain white rice sprinkled with chives... No spices seemed to had been added to the chimichangas, which were served with chip tomato sauce. Furthermore, portions are half the size they used to be. Very dissapointed with the food, only giving 2 stars because service was good as it has always been.
Hilariously, we were held here against our will, after paying, for over an hour. Some staff very professional but one guy was so rude. We missed meeting up with friends as planned due to being told we could not leave and some had taxis waiting. Finally told we were in fact, in the right and we're "permitted" to leave. Tried to bring it up with the company the next day and multiple times after but no response. Wouldn't return if you paid me.
I ordered the veggie chimichanga with no cheese because I am lactose intolerant and a vegetarian. However, what I got was a pulled pork chimichanga with cheese!! It wasn’t until I had actually eaten some that I realised and when I brought it to the manager’s attention, I didn’t even get an apology!! I haven’t eaten meat for 14 years and it is unacceptable that I have eaten some tonight. Not only that but I am probably going to be ill from eating cheese as well. Not happy.
Busy on Saturday night but staff were very accommodating and sat us down within the time frame they gave when we came in. Food was tasty and arrived quickly!
Good friendly service and nice food, they offered an extra burger bun when the food wasn't expected because we didn't read the menu properly which was a nice thought.
Great food and fantastic service. On occasion my wife and I have visited more than once in a week
One of my favourites in Whiteley sadly due to close soon under Prezzos realignment. Great staff and management. Will be sad to see it go.
Food fantastic and staff always look after you, will eat here again.
