Not being dramatic but it was the worse kebab I have ever had. So thin. All dried up & cold even though I had it a couple mins after collecting. Hard to bite it too. Definitely wouldn’t recommend the kebab. Bad customer service.

Chicken kebab was tasty, but a bit dry, chips also tasty but not crisp at all, donner kebab too greasy and the taste was like eating melted butter. Fair price though. Almost decent dinner.
Bought cheeseburger and chip ate the burger then started eating the chips found a long black hair in the middle of chips went back offered me half money back which I refused I wanted full refund fair enough I ate the burger but if had seen the hair before that then it would of all been there so in the end threatened to take it to food hygiene in the morning got full refund then got barred out safe to say I won't be back there in a hurry well I can't anyway as I'm barred the childish people the boss who is bald said it's not my hair it could be yours yeah I have black hair but it's shaved short about an inch long trying a blame game
Your staff member was very disrespectful on the phone when I called to inform her she messed my order up she had raised her voice at me a paying customer, I then informed her not to be disrespectful towards a paying customer, I ordered something and I expect for it to be correct and exactly how I ordered it, my son was eating one of the sausages I ordered and I don't want him eating the batter on it and yet the woman then informed me to use my fingers take it off myself and there we go none battered to which I informed her that's not the point if I order food I expect it to be the way I requested it, will never be ordering again and that staff member should not be working there, she then told me that she won't send a replacement out because no drivers were working anymore, when I said I'll be asking for a refund for the sausages she said take the batter off myself then there's no batter but it's still not going to taste right! I'm disgusted at the customer service you get from there.
Over an hour before the driver was on his way….expected within 40 mins Couldn’t find address, provided driver with instructions but still couldn’t find us. Call the restaurant and asked for a refund, not only was I suggested that a refund couldn’t be done because of wasted food but Shea also asked me to never order from there again. Absolutely disgraceful service! Please do yourself a favour and order from somewhere that doesn’t have drivers depending on maps from the 1970s
We ordered via Foodhub and the order was accepted, however when we arrived to collect they denied all knowledge of it and said they didn’t use Foodhub at all. Fast enough to take the money and left us sat outside on live chat to get a refund, then expected us to go back with cash.
Not good I ordered 2 fish and 1 cod bites and went to collect my order when I got there the women said only fish and she said no chips iswell I said yes they come with it. She showed me the receipt and said you only order fish I said the chips come with fish surely when someone orders from a fish restaurant you get chips with it out of all the chips shops I have been to you should get chips with when I go to weatherspoons I dont just get a jacket potatoe they asked you what side dish you get and it's in with the price and when I finished I said I will get chips with it then she said that I cant pay with card only cash so I said just forget it and the fish wasnt even big anyway not a good service wont be visiting agian.
Ordered from here and will never be returning back bread buns mouldy chips still hard rotten food full stop don't order from this place unless your desperate
Rang after waiting over an hour to be told the delivery driver is on his way with my order. Still nothing half an hour later, rang again to be told he'll be coming to my address once he arrives back to the restaurant to get my food. They clearly just talk rubbish. Finally got my food after 1 hour and 45 minutes and it was freezing!
