On a night when my wife and I couldn't decide what to do for dinner, we ended up at our local Chili's. Usually, a restaurant we'd choose while on a road trip stop it kind of gets forgotten by us as a local dinner out. We both took advantage of their "3 for Me" special chicken sandwich. My wife opted to upgrade the drink to a frozen margarita $3.99, which was an excellent choice. Chicken Tortilla was tasty if not a bit lacking chicken and tortilla. The Chicken Sandwich was really, really good. Juicy and crisp, I had mine tossed in Buffalo sauce. The fries that came with it were typical restaurant fries, fine and decently seasoned. Service was prompt and attentive. Food and drinks were served correctly. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid choices and kids in the restaurant. Many families mixed into the crowd. It can be a little loud.
Haven't been to a Chili's in years. Unfortunately my hometown doesn't have one so I was excited to have one near our hotel and to bring my kids for the first time. We were seated quickly considering it was a Saturday night at 8pm. Server was friendly. She shared that several items are coming off the menu which helped me make my selection. Following our food being served by a runner, we never saw our server again until it was clear we were done eating and ready for our bill. She never checked on us. We declined desert and she turned the table's tablet toward me and legit walked away. Never offered assistance, to-go boxes for our remaining food...just nothing. Dinner Items: Chicken tenders and corn Shrimp tacos Mushroom burger Drinks: Sodas Appetizer: Nachos *Okay this one threw me. I thought we would get a pile of loaded nachos but instead we received a few nachos with baked cheese. They were good but definitely not what was expected or maybe I'm just used to something different.
We love chili's back home and decided to stop in on this trip to Connecticut. The service was on time, and they gave us the take out bag right at the car. On the website, the BBQ Brisket sandwich caught my eye. But the sandwich was nothing like what was advertised. There was no BBQ sauce, and the brisket was a few stray pieces. Sadly, all I received was a hamburger with pickles. I ordered it well done, but the burger still had some pink inside. So why ask how you want it cooked if you don't make sure to deliver it to the way the customer asked. See my photo for the sad looking brisket sandwich and compare it to the website. Very misleading menu item. The boneless wings were better. They do let you choose between two flavors. However, they are packed to go in one large container. While they were tasty, the flavors were all mixed together. Mago habenaro mixed with sweat chili zing. A simple divided container would prevent flavors from mix. Some of the boneless wings were that hard meat you sometimes get. Our side salad was nothing special, and my mashed potatoes were yummy as always. Anyway, we normally eat I. But after a long drive, I tried the pickup service. But I would say the food is usually better eating in and ot provides a way to fix your food.
Chilis will always hit no matter what you get on that menu. My go to is the triple dipper and their chicken Cajun pasta! Absolutely the bestFood: 5/5
My family has come to this location several times and always have a good experience. We typically get the bottomless soup and salad with chips and salsa. The enchilada soup is delicious! They also have some good $10 lunches specials and a great children’s menu with lots of options. Much better than fast food for similar prices if you have time to sit down for lunch. Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of seating for larger families, and there is a good children’s menu with plenty of options for sides and drinks for the kids though mine will always choose fries!. This is one restaurant where I was not afraid to take my kids ever since they were young because there is background noise that my kids’ noises won’t bother anyone.

Recent visit 3/24 shows me that they are cutting corners on quality. My meal came with this avacado half that really should have been thrashed days before. It was well past its prime with a rotten brown end and those tell-tale brown threads of rot. When I asked for a replacement, the waiter agreed but commented that he'd see if "they had any that were better". The replacement was better but not much. Also, the waiter offered us "some chips and salsa while you're wait?" Turns out that was an upcharge! We got tricked. My son commented that the salsa was not the same... over-processed and watery. Overall the food was passable but uninspired. Not very busy for a Friday evening... maybe others are noticing the decline too. Got takeout 8/24... to give them another try after our terrible experience March 2924. Well, portions are super small for $54. 1 small app, 2 entries. And the app demands a tip for takeout! Criminal. They are still serving avocado that's got brown stripes means it's old and over ripe. Who is going to fix this location? And I got text messages from 5 different phone numbers about this order - that's a dumb system!
The most delightful experience You would most likely Take chili's for a Sports and grill bar type of place. But if you go to the one in Manchester, it is esthetically applesing. They have wonderful service. I mean, as soon as our plate was done, they brought out the next order. No, we did a three course meal We had a wonderful waitress. Name Jamie. She did a great job of making sure that we had drinks and our food _ood_ was coming, and that we had everything that we needed. Also, the staff there, all the way down to the members that did the cleaning of the tables and floors, I was highly impressed. We have such a wonderful time Enjoying the view. The atmosphere And the establishment, all in a hole, I Definitely recommend this place. If you're going out to eat as a family, if you want to just go out by yourself. If you're looking to go out on a date or if you just want to go out and hang out at the bar and watch some sports there are TV's everywhere even games you can play on the table. On little tablets, so at least the kids aren't bored. While the adults are having their talks ball in all, I highly recommend them. And thank you guys as a whole for keeping this place in such great shape and clean and safe Parking: You should have no problem finding parking. They have about fifty parking spots all around the building front to back
My friend and I have been frequenting this location pretty often for lunch! Whenever we come in, the staff is eager to greet us, the food and drinks arrive very quick, and it’s overall a nice atmosphere. During my most recent visits, my friend and I have had a server named Pat— he was great!Food: 5/5
