Very lovely place to chill and do snow activities. The staff are very warm and helpful. There is the kids area as well which is commendable. Warm clothing is super necessary as it's very cold in there -4°c. It's fun. They provide basic gears as well depending on the type of ticket. There is a restaurant there with windows and balcony that overlooks the entire array of snow activities.
Had an amazing time at Chill Factore Manchester! The slopes are fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire experience was exhilarating, from skiing to snowboarding. My son has been having 1to1 lessons with Shannon P and i have to say he has enjoyed every lesson with her. most importantly she has taught to him to be a great confident Skier on the big slope and he is now confident to ski on his own. Shannons personality and friendliness made my son feel at ease as he is only 7 this was great as he enjoyed every lesson.nnThank you
Went for level 1 snowboarding course for the first time under Jim M the instructor. He was so patient with us and very accommodating! We really had a good time and fell inlove with it!! Im definitely going back for the next level! Yay oh and the free drink aprés ski was purrrrrfect haha!!!
We had a fantastic experience here - I booked the wrong type of lesson for my son wanted boarding booked ski by accident the staff were amazing, managed to swap him to another instructor almost straight away for a boarding lesson and still gave him the full lesson time. Zoe and Ben E were super helpful. Ben E did a great lesson with my son and he really enjoyed it. Fantastic customer service and experience all round.
