Story

There's so much going on at Chill Factore, you really are spoilt for choice.

From hitting the UK's longest indoor real snow slope to hone your technique or learning some new skills on our dedicated beginner slope, to enjoying an action packed family day out on our incredible snow fun activities or taking on our 12m high climbing wall. Not to mention the fantastic Alpine Street which is packed with amazing restaurants and shops, there’s bound to be something to keep you coming back for more.

Great place. I can't wait for Chill Factor to reopen on April 12th. Shame that unlimited passes are not available, but completely understandable. Fingers crossed this next month or so goes smoothly so we can get back on the slope.
Brilliantly set up, very Covid safe when it was open, a glimmer of joy in tier 4
Good family fun at the snow park. Reduced options for snow park but still good variety. Whilst it's reduced price it's very good value.
Closest thing to skiing in the UK but the snow is nothing like the real thing. Staff were great but the required add-ons are overpriced and God awful quality. Can't wait to shred alpine slopes again.
Visited the snow Park. Very cold but lots of fun
The place and staff, once there were worthy of maybe 4 stars. The Web site needs to make it more clear about not providing hire clothing. This was mentioned to us via the confirmation email we received 30 mind before arrival. A mad dash to buy clothing ensued. Make it more clear earlier.
