Wow I didn't think this happened in England I just went to place an order after in the past the food was terrible, so I thought let's see if they have taken my negative feedback on board and I was told they can't serve me. I'm not sure if they fellt It's a kind of punishment, or the food is as a bad as ever, either way with so many chicken shops who deliver I'll try and cope with the loss.

Chicken was oily, bland and flavourless. Tasted old and disgusting. Stay away from that place.

I ordered a meal with a 'large portion' of chips and got nowhere near anything called 'large' i got less than half a bag of chips, (stingy). I also feel because i ordered just before 10pm i got what was left over even if i ordered 'large'. One more thing they never seem to put up the honest reviews on their website... they are all 5star and also getting family members to write up reviews is absolute dishonest.

Waited 1H20MINS no show so took a drive to get some lunch, then the driver calls and wants to leave it on my doorstep I said you can take the food with you. Then I get another call later the same day the driver told the shop that he waited 20 mins outside my house like that would ever happen. Then the next day some manager for the shop phones telling me the driver was on a similar street with the same door number, I just said do me a favour and the guy hung up. I love how on there website the feedback is all 5 stars and yet on an honest site like this one they don't know what 5 stars looks like.
