Good chicken and good price. I had the wings meal. The people were friendly. I would have given it 4 stars if it wasn’t a bit soggy as it’s been cooked and stored for too long before served and it is a bit too salty for me though marinated well otherwise. Would like to try their drumsticks next time as they looked more crispy.
Best chicken place on the road and nearby in general. I regret not finding it sooner honestly. Can't be beaten for if you take into account everything. Fries and chicken are both good quality and unlike some other places, the burgers are also pretty decent. It also beats out KFC as the fries are a lot better. Staff are also very friendly.
Changing my original score from 5 to 2 star. When it first opened 2 years ago it was very good but as a lot of workers have changed, the quality of customer service seems to be going down. Food is still the same though. Recently seen on multiple occasions staff are over charging customers or short changing them. If a burger on its own is £3.50 don't charge them £5. This happenned with me on multiple occasions but after speaking up they never over charged me. Also seeing times where the correct food hasn't been given, resulting in me having to come back. My advice for staff is stop overcharging and short changing your customers. My advice for customers is to check the menu and make sure you are being charged what's listed and double check your order before leaving the shop. Credit due to the original staff who launched the shop 2 years ago but I will no longer be customer here at chicken spot.
The food is amazing. Absolutely love this place. Unfortunately, I have one negative comment. The staff and customer service has always been on point, but the shop in winter where it's really cold outside, and the shop is also as freezing inside for customers like myself who like to dine in. I've knocked the stars from 5 stars to '2 stars' on Atmosphere because how cold the shop is each time I've dined in and I'm a regular customer with family. Customers don't like to feel cold whilst eating as I this is the one unfair experience for all.

Went shopping in Walthamstow, thought I would try the place chicken spot. Very clean, and very good customer service. The guy called Mudassir was very polite and gave us a discount of 10%. Food was very good, I highly recommend this place to sit in or takeaway.
Chicken burger can be very inconsistent. I must have had it about 5 times. Twice it was amazing and the rest just poor. Hard and cold buns is always a no no
Terrible experience, had to wait 1 and a half hours for my order when i was told it would take just half an hour. Whilst waiting in the shop for my order, others came in and placed AND received their order. This is not the first time this has happened either and my food was stone cold by the time i got home. Staff at the shop not helpful at all.
By far the best CHICKEN PLACE in LONDON period!!!!!! Staff is amazing. Food is amazing. Manager Wakard is BRILLIANT!!!! always my go to chicken place. Way better than dixy,Morley,favourite chicken etc. Quality food and taste and the portions for amazing prices!!! THANK YOU CHICKEN SPOT!!!!
