First visit was really amazing. Had 3 different burgers Luke The Nuke - don't want to try again; Bossman Chicken Shop - love it; Big Mack - loved it and all of them worth having again. The Koofman chips good too. Will visit again for trying more of their burgers. Just a suggestion, they should have more options for desserts.
I love a bit of fried chicken don't we all so was keen to check CG out. It's a sports bar, nice and spacious, it wasn't busy when we rocked up for lunch. Burger, wings, fries all very tasty, and the loaded fries were indeed over-loaded, can't complain about that though. Staff were nice and friendly, look forward to returning to try more fried goodness.
The start of my visit didn't go very well. Walked in and stood by the sign waiting to be seated. The bartender looked at me and continued speaking with a customer, who we talkin about his broken heart while picking bbq sauce off his finger, after 10 minutes the bartender asked if I needed a seat and told me to go sit down at a table without a reserve sign. Walked round and couldnt find any free seats. Stopped a lady called JANAI and explained what happened and she was very helpful and signpost me to the Manager Jo who looked horrified to hear what I was told. She immediately clean and got me a table. Would like to shout out them two staff members, there where very polite and helpful str8 away.....now that's done....on to the food, absolute amazing, I got garlic and parmesan tater tots and wings and honey bbq strips.....10/10, chicken was very crispy, very saucy and flavoursome. The only small negative i have is that on the menu it said garlic butter but it was more like mayonnaise, could of done with more parmesan cheese but overall the food was very very nice. I brought 2 cocktails for 12£ and i was somewhat disappointed.... I brought a pornstar martini and pina-colada. The cornstarch came in such a small glass took 4 sips and it was finished, was mostly froth and the pina-colada had a weird after taste. But Jo coming over and asking how we was made up for the downs of the visit. But I would definitely come back
Staff are always amazing here, they get your food delivered to you super fast, always polite and friendly! And the food is amazing. One of my favourite places to go with friends and family.nnFood is really filling! I love it.nnI reccomend booking a table, it gets really busy here!nnThe Queens Drive carpark is down the road, it's like a 5 minute walk if you're looking for parking or you could park in town.
Every time I go here, food just slaps. Anything I get is always good. Food always fresh and hot. Chicken crispy and juicy and for the price it’s too good for what it is. Plenty of seating and staff are always friendly and helpful
