I’d been meaning to call in here for some time, having heard great things about the place. Finally visited last week.nnI have to say: It’s definitely so much better than fried chicken from any of the usual suspects. This was fresh, succulent and flavoursome, all without being too greasy. It’s also excellent value for the quality you’re getting.nnI’ll definitely be returning for another fix!!
Love a trip to Chicken George! The wings are amazing, a great variety of flavours.nWe always order too much but makes for a great late supper nAtmosphere each time we have been has always been fab, as well as service.
Well what can we say apart from every trip I’ve had to chicken George I’ve never been disappointed or dissatisfied.nIf you haven’t been then well your missing out because at chicken George they sling some of the best chicken this country has to offer it’s god level chicken and it makes kfc look like small time .nI had there original chicken George fried chicken and my god !! This hits your mouth your instantly grinning like a Cheshire Cat, beautifully crisp coating then that lovely moist chicken .. no dry mouth here !nI also had one of his specials which was based on a prawn ball , I’m not a lover of prawn so I was skeptical I popped this into my mouth and my tastebuds were dancing like usher ..wownChris is like the Willy wonker of chicken, it’s not just the food that sings the price you pay equally as impressive ! For what you’re getting it’s tasty food that cheap as chips , that doesn’t cut corners and will put a smile on your face without breaking the bank .nLastly let’s not forget the staff who are amazing and provide great customer service .nI’m gunna wrap this up but please if you haven’t already get down to chicken George Bedford or hitchin and tell him big chef sent ya ‍nFor more food reviews and food contentnFollow me on my socials @bigchefeats

Seen videos that rated this place quite highly, so decided to take a detour today to try it out... I am amazed by the extensive menu and restaurant is nicely decorated... The staffs are friendly and helpful... Tried the Thai wings, fried chicken, Mac and cheese and ribs... Other than the ribs, the others are excellent... It was an enjoyable meal, price was reasonable and I will definitely visit again if I'm near the area... If you're fried chicken lover, it is a destination that is worthwhile making a short detour to visit...
