Shocking.. the guy serving me was excellent and a lovely guy.. but In the background I could see an older guy preparing food.. he washed his hands under a tap no soap then took paper out if the bin to dry them..he did that twice and don't even get me started on the knife he was using.. terrible !! I told the guy serving me and he made sure he was the only person dealing with my order.. if never go back though that's a dead cert..
Dreadful. Ordered my food at 23:37, order was declined. When I spoke to the person, he said "I want to finish at 12 o'clock so we declined you order". I'm a chef, I sometimes finish at 4pm I sometimes finish at 9pm, I sometimes finish at 2am. That's the job, you can't just decline an order half hour before you close because you can't be bothered. Disgusting service, can't imagine EHO have many nice things to say about this place if that's the attitude the staff have.
Food is terrible please dont waste your money by eating here the place needs to be shut down, chicken is dry wings are dreadful all the food smells the same what a poor accuse of a takeaway

Ordered chicken with chips. Asked for no chicken breast especially by writing NO chicken breast please. As usual they ignored it. Sent chicken breast in the order. Also chicken kebab was not nice. Chicken tastes old and dry. They messed up our orders before we hoped it would get better. But it won't by these ignorant people. Won't order ever again
Ordered thought just eat. Food came cold,undercooked and just awful. Chips must have been sat for ages, they where rock solid. Food was over 45mins late. Rang for refund and told we could only have £6. Contacted just eat and they where just as useless, cant do anything till Tomorrow. Completely ridiculous. I will never order from here again or use just eat.
Food was 1 hour and 15 minutes late, food was only just warm. Delivery driver was very rude when I asked why it took so long. Restraunt manager had very poor service on the phone. Used to be a regular customer but the past 5 times we have received late orders, poor service and rude delivery drivers. Absolutely shocking
When I placed my order i later on received a phone call asking if they can give me chicken strips instead of the chicken peices that I ordered, I refused the offer as i don't like chicken strips I then agreed to settle for a few chicken wings and a chicken fillet if that wasn't enough to put me off my food then didn't come until 15/20 minutes past the time it was suppose to and it was absolutely vile the only thing good I can say about it is the garlic sauce and my can of 7 up. Never will I order from this place again ruined my night and a complete waste of my money !!!
Terrible. I was fasting from 03.00 and at 19.45 ordered a pizza from justeat to arrive for 21.20 where I was working a night shift. At 21.30 I called and thry said it will arrive in 10 minutes and I didn't hear anything until 22.20 which is when I called to cancel. No communication and I placed the order over 1.5 hours before it should have arrived and I was only about 5 minutes drive from the place. Very poor customer service and I do not recommend to order from here.
I ordered my food over just eat and after an hour it still hadn't arrived, I rang up and they rudely told me my order was on it's way, I live only 5 minutes away and it took them an additional 25 minutes to get to me from the time I had rang up, my order got here and was luke warm, not hot and didn't taste very nice, Absoloulty awful food. I used to order from here all the time as it used to be really tasty, but never will I order from here again!
