Would have given 0 but not possible. Tried to pay by card for my food, was told there’s a 50p charge as it’s now illegal to charge card fees I refused the charge only for the staff member to change his mind and say no credit cards below £10. Great customer service?

Chicken not cooked properly and everything drowning in oil. Had to bin £20 order. Just inedible.

We order at 8:20 and the expected delivery time was for 9:20. We didn't receive the food by the delivery time so we called and they said that we accepted the delivery for 11:20 which was a lie as we have proof of the expected time of 9:20. The worker argued and said he can't do anything and his English wasn't very good. Wanted to speak to a manager but he didn't pass the phone over. Very rubbish service! Rude workers. Need to learn English too! Ps the 1/4 pounders taste like them cheap ones that u can buy supermarkets and the wings are rank to sum it all up it's disgusting
