Decent place for a quick bite to eat. Wouldn't know about delivery but when I rode past thought I'd nip inside as been in before with old boss. Strips meal and an extra bag of chips £7.75 bang on. with chip spice cooked infront of you so can see everything. Quality food. Not had better chips for a long time.. Kid-friendliness: Was other kids in shop at the time seemed happy enough.
Food was really good! Clear menu, lots to choose from. The box meal options give you a great variety of items. Staff were really friendly with me and the shop had a good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
Hands down, this is my go to place whenever I'm in Leeds. Been going there since college days 10Yrs + The food is always fresh, quick service and great tasting food. They don't need special offers or buy one get one free meal deals as their quality speaks for itself. I ordered the Spicy Fillet burger meal this time round. Succulent 100% chicken breast coated in a crispy spicy coating. Genuinely a melt in the mouth flavour. I also added chicken strips to my order, they're bang on. Make sure you add coleslaw to the order, it's always fresh and it genuinely has a good taste to it when you dip the strips into it. Make sure you order the chips with chip spice on them, their fries are golden and crunchy but the chip spice adds a kick to them flavour wise. I'd also recommend trying their mountain burger and grilled chicken. Tango dark berry is always my drink of choice Check out their ice creams aswell Dietary restrictions: Halal
REAL REVIEW 2024 Just a basic big chicken place that is extremely overrated with fake reviews. I eat chicken daily and this chicken was chunky but nothing different, not above KFC or your local Dixy. Rip off basically
Chicken Cottage A Well Known Name When It Comes to Fried & Grilled Chicken. This Particular Chicken Cottage in Beeston is One The Best I've Been To. There Used to Be One On Briggate, Leeds City Center but That Was Never as Good as This One. No Wonder That Disappeared from The Scene. I've Been Going To This One For a Long Time Now and I've Always Enjoyed The Food plus Prices but The Only Issue I Have Had on Most of The Occasions is That They've Always Run Out of Something, Especially When You Get There at Around 10 in The Night. Issue is If Your Closing Time is 11 Then Why You Usually Don't Have Either Fried Chicken, Sometimes Burgers and Sometimes Chicken Wings. Just A Business Strategy I Believe But Don't Have Specific or Your Main Products Even an Hour Before You Close is a Bit Harsh to The Business or Customers I Would Say. One More Thing I Would Like To Point Out is The Guy Working In The Back Does have to Run Around a Bit Too Much Most of The Times, Hope The Management Takes Good Care of Him. All in All A Good Chicken Place.
I've been going here for years. The food has always been amazing and at a very decent price. Never had a complaint about it. I've introduced many people to it who have made it a regular food stop.Food: 5/5
Came to leeds to visit family and I used to love getting chicken cottage when I was younger so we thought we would do it again as a treat. 2 hours before it turned up with an absolutely vile meal. Brown lettuce, horrible gravy and when we asked for pepsi with the meals a cheap can of Barr cola turned up for each of us. We werent even angry we just laughed at the ridiculousness of this order. Not what they used to be and probably never will. Whole thing went in bin. Disgusting.
Good but expensive it's like £10 for a hot wing meal. Also they forget food you've ordered but they do send people back out tbf to correct it but still annoyingFood: 4/5
Love some chicken cottage they are fab on point pretty much all the time they have high standards and take much pride in the food they sell. Always recommend when friends visit area.Food: 5/5
I got a meal that included chicken strips. These resembled the strips you get from Iceland supermarket, not what any other local chicken shop serves as strips. Imagine strips that look like niknaks. Burger was ok though.Food: 2/5
