Absolutely rotten! Ordered a slice of chocolate cake and it came stinking and full of mould tried to offer me another slice, as if! Disgusting will never eat from here again
I normally go to this take away and most of the times is good but anytime the lady is there the food is always terrible, specially today! I order one pizza the one the lady called me telling me they didn't have the ingredients so I choosed a Pepperoni special which she told me they will making the pizza from scratch in 2minutes! 2 MINUTES!!! I told her to take her time because I want one pizza cooked properly and is community since that 2 minutes is not possible to be cooked. I went to pick the pizza after 15 minutes and it was completely undercooked. Onion is raw, pepperoni and the mushroom are extremely undercooked too. Now I am ordering food from other take away as this pizza is disgusting
Ordered £20 worth of food and the food arrived missing wings and gravy from both box meals. Called the restaurant and they said they would bring the missing items. An hour later nobody turned up and the food was cold and got binned. Will never use again!
Food delivery was on time and driver was very polite & friendly. Pizza deal was well worth the money. All the food was delicious... be definately ordering from here again. 5*
i am really disappointed this shop.I ordered 24 buffalo wings with chickadoo sauces.delivered only 20 wings.I don’t mind to get less wings but the taste is very bad.when i rung them,the staff is very rude. I haven’t finished my conversation yet ,he hung up. He asked me to ring them back in 30 mins. after 30 mins, manager said shall I deliver 4 wings again? LEARN HOW TO GIVE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND ANSWER THE CUSTOMER PHONE.
First time going here, the staff were cheery and friendly, and food ordered was done quickly. Had an enjoyable meal. Will go back again to see if this is the norm.
I really like the food here very cheap and tasty, have been in quite a few times always have a lovely chat with the girl that works there, love the decor nice little shop, the only downside is the staff need to be sorted out with helping the poor girl when really busy, a bloke always sat down watching her do multiple things I.E getting deliveries ready aswell as do indoor customers orders, it would really help reduce the wait time and shorten it!!! when the guy who seems to be the boss walks in he will then act like he's doing things in front of him and ask if she needs help!!! I've told the girl the guy needs to get gone cause he's very sloppy and slow i.e burns my pizza or breaks it i have stopped ordering pizzas cause I'm waiting 20 minutes for it to be made when it should not be like that at all!!! Other then that a very nice takeaway thanks chickadoo
Not impressed, have ordered from here several times in thevpast, but now its gone downhill, waited over an hour for order, and tlld driver had left shop over 20 mins, food arrived freezing, drivers attitude was horrendous, told just eat, just eat cancelled order, shop rang and wasnt happy, wont order again.
Just wanted some chips/frys for my daughter last minute option on way home, so got bag of chips in the bigger version bags of when you had a 10p/20p mix-up sweets but as we know most take-away/fast food places use bags of frozen chips which is OK but wen you don't have much money & you don't usually buy take out It's a hard pill 2 swallow when u have £2 to ya name ya get bag of chips for ya kid payed £1.70 for thm thn ya kids says there disgusting which I tryed & they tasted horrible so ya throw them away then get home & make a portion of chips agen for her which I'll get 8/9 portions out of a bag that's cost £1.90
If you're hungry don't bother ordering from here. Waited over 3 hours and the food still didn't arrive after calling them 3 times.
