Have just purchased our first caravan from here. Excellent service from Russ from beginning to end. No pushy sales and so helpful - caravan was lovely and Russ explained absolutely everything to us as we had never done caravan trips before. Came with full service and 6mths warranty and would highly recommend a visit to this excellent caravan dealership. Big thank you to Russ - made everything hassle free and nothing was too much trouble.
Great selection of pre loved and new caravans at competitive prices. They were able to phone Bailey and get me a caravan that was on the production line delivered in 2 weeks. Other dealers were quoting me 5 months. Excellent handover of the new Caravan and discount off accessories from their shop, as well as preferential service rates in future years.
Charged me 117 pounds for a Truma tap and found out after I could buy the exact one for 33 pounds online. Fitted now so can't take back. Lesson learnt.
Not really much to tell. Not as many caravans than before. Used to be a really great place to go and leisurely look round
We got our new ,to us, caravan from them yesterday and nothing I'd too much trouble for them. We would like to thank you all for your help,as my car broke down on the forecourt and they all went above and beyond to help . Thanks to Jon, Tracey and Ben you are a fantastic bunch of guys

Great all round experience. Brilliant, hassle free sales process. It was our first caravan so asked lots of questions! At no point were we "sold to". It was all about what we were looking for and what would work for us. We have since used them for the annual service, which again was brilliant, the caravan came back looking like new again! Fixed a few small issues, very reasonably priced. Don't think we'd ever look anywhere else for our caravaning needs!
We have brought our caravans from these guys for the last 15 years their customer services is fantastic always extremely helpful very genuine we had our last caravan from them 4 years ago and always take it in for service before winter anyway we got our caravan out of storage yesterday Sunday and on to chapel lane site in Birmingham we had a problem getting the water into the onboard tank and to the taps my husband called them today Monday and they came right out to site and sorted it straight away what absolute fantastic after sales as I said we got this caravan from them 4 years ago .when I asked how much we needed to pay they said nothing how many people say that after they have given their time and drove to the caravan site to us as well what no call out charge, When I went to let the guys out of the site at the barrier they said the Easter bunny had been to our caravan early when I got back I found a bottle of prosecco and a lindt Easter bunny on the caravan step how lovely was that well done guys at Chichester for your fantastic service as always x
The shop attendant was a great deal less than helpful. There was no information available to us from him. To be honest we were just an inconvenience to him reading his book on the counter. We were there to buy two big cash items however, we will never go there again. Abysmal service!!!
Shop is awful, shelves are normally organised but just lately just a mess, staff are too busy on their phones to pay attention to the shops needs, no care anymore. It used to be one of those shops you could have a mooch and find some good stuff, when it changed from Bromsgrove caravans over to Chichester, for a while it was the same but as with all things Chichester do there's no care in the staff for looking after their workplace, the staff are friendly enough but no care in the shops appearance, stuff just thrown in piles in the front showroom bit, could be nice.... If only...
