If I could give a 0 star I would. I visited the salon for a consultation which went really well, I agreed that I would have ombré done and picked my colour, agreed a price and booked a date to have it done. I then received a call from the salon a week later to ask me what I was having done and that nobody in the salon can do ombré and that they offered me a cut instead. I am really annoyed that they wasted my time in a 20 minute consultation for something they can’t event do. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment and will not be visiting the salon.

Do not recommend this to anyone...My wife has booked the appointment week before. But today 22 jan 19 they have said hairdresser is not here. Hair dresser are learner and asked my wife that haircut and and colour would be her own risk. Please avoid and do not believe the ratings they have on google. Do not waster your time and money.

Bought a deal through Groupon, but when i went for my appointment they wanted more money. They said there has been a mistake in our advertisement at Groupon and we have already notified them to correct it. However, it's been more than 1 week and they haven't changed it. I told them you could have notified me since you had my contact details and that I had travelled 20 miles. They didn't take responsibility and were unhelpful.

Today Steph cut and coloured my hair and I am well pleased. I was quite nervous of having my hair cut but Steph listened to me which has not always been the case with other stylistsand she cut and coloured my hair beautifully ,thankyou StephX

Friendly team here and they gave my daughter a lovely "first" proper hair cut. I can recommend Katie she really spent a lot of time and care over her.

If there was an option for Zero Stars that’s what I would rate this Salon
