NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE!!!  I paid for a full head of highlights to be done by a fully qualified hairdressers, not until after I had paid did I find out that it was a trainee practicing on MY HAIR (If I want a trainee to practice on my hair I would have gone to the college). When I spoke to the owner of the salon she spoke to me very rude and seem to think it was okay to charge me the same price for a trainee to work on my hair as a fully qualified hair dressers (which in fact is illegal). I am disgusted in the service!!! To top it all the I came out the hairdressers with roots an inch and half away from my head, patches of different colours all the way through my hair. I’ve been to another hairdressers in Cullompton and they could not believe the state the owner let me walk out the salon. She’s destroyed my hair and by the sounds of things being as it’s bleach it’s gonna be a long time until my hair looks back to some sort of normal. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ANYONE NOT USE THIS HAIRDRESSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
