Friendliest Staff , lovely decor and an even better menu , have returned many times and definitely hands down best coffee in whetstone ! Will be back soon ! P.s they serve breakfast until 4pm
Last visited when it was called MonkeyNuts. Chez Bob have taken over and what a lovely welcome to the area. I popped in for quick dinner with a friend. The waitress was extreemly helpful and passionate about their food. The burgers were super tall just about easy to eat and tasted superb, the slaw inside was wonderful. The rosemary fries were also fab. It's a must if you are in the area.
Brilliant afternoon food was amazing and value for money great for office party with free Prosecco on arrival friendly efficient staff!! thank you Antonio and your wonderful team will definitely eat there again!! by the way the Ribs were to die for!
We've eaten here 3 times now in the last couple of months. Each time we've had a great experience.....good healthy food in nice surroundings and great banter with the staff, who are consistently attentive to all the customers. Thoroughly recommended.
Just had a great meal, 4 sitting down. The food is very well presented and also Hot. Also the staff are knowledgeable regarding the menu, and the service was excellent. I will certainly be going again.
It's a nice restaurant, although frankly unspectacular. The regular menu is fairly expensive but before 7pm there is a special menu for a good price which is excellent value. Starters for myself and my guest were disappointing, burgers were probably the best in whetstone granted that isn't a high bar to jump. Waiters could have been more attentive, ended up giving us the wrong bill and had to pay to top it up
Disappointing. My wifes main course was wrong, they offered to change but we went out to eat together, not separately. May main dish came on a cold plate, having been told the minute steak would be pink. It was well overdone and tough. Our daughter and friend joined us later for desserts. We all ordered together. Two came out first. the second two a full ten minutes later ?? why? Staff friendly. Yes they gave us 1 free dessert and charged us for what we ordered but adding service charge as well ?? Not for me, a one time visit only I'm afraid.
Ordered veggie burger. The patty tasted off and the hallumi looked and tasted like it was left out of the fridge for 3 days. The fries were nice though and the coke was fine. Despite having complained to the waitress about the quality of the burger and not having eaten it we were still charged the full amount for it plus the service charge was included in the bill.
Food good on the whole. Not sure on some of the portion sizes relative to prices. Salmon teryaki came with rice whilst other fish dish fishcake did not. Non alcoholic drinks, smoothies quite expensive. Halloumi skewer starter had meagre Halloumi even for a starter and was cold. Good service.
Great food, nice surroundings and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
