DO NOT EAT FROM HERE! we went here last night and chicken had blood in it when we went back to complain they said we tried to scam them and a gang of them then tried to get aggressive health and hygiene notified SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN
Disgusting service and food, stale chips, ordered this peri sizzler chicken for 7.99 when recieved was not the food as it was described, rang and asked Chesters to refund my money back instead they sent me the same food, do not order from this takeaway, food is notnfresh

Delicious food and prompt service! Love the chicken and chips and the prices are reasonable. One of the best fast food places in Nelson. Would definitely recommend 10/10
Takeaway that survived and kept it's reputation high. I order from this takeaway atleast 3 times a month for the last 6 years. Never had an issue. Food is always tasty and fresh, the staff working there is super friendly. Great prices as well you just can't go wrong. Other places such as Chunky Chicken, Dixy, Freddie's etc faced horrible drop in food quality and service. Whilst Chesters just kept getting better and better. The management just know what their doing.

I ordered a burger meal which arrived with chips spilled purposely in the bag and opened the burger box to see a mouldy bun and mold on the chicken horrified and disgusted and Chester's asked us to pay for a new burger and took the evidence the actual burger thinking we didnt have evidence on our phones never ever coming here again disgusting and rude behaviour from staff as well.
Terrible Service.. Nelson Leeds Road.. Ordered a Pizza told 20 minutes called them back after 40 minutes and they said order was cancelled.. Workers have no idea how to speak to customers or take orders.. Cnt even get a simple pizza order right
Love everything about it..but some off the staff r not very nice..little rude..specially the guys that answer the phonesFood: 5/5
Food is usually served quickly and with a smile. The only down side is not all staff let you put on your own salt and vinegar and some of the staff that don't let you put lots of red salt on or hardly any. I'm not too keen on the chicken piece dishes however thats personal choice. The chicken burgers are one of the best items on the menu and I've always been served piping hot chips
