Good food let down by service. We walked in to order 2 pizza deals, we were told pizzas take 6-7 minutes - which they did. The pizzas were then placed in the heated cabinet where they sat for at least 10 minutes whilst we were stood waiting for them. It got to the point where I had to step forward and ASK for our food. It seems like there’s too many staff doing too few jobs - there’s that old saying that too many cooks spoil the broth. Didn’t even apologise for the fact we’d been waiting whilst our pizzas were sat right in front of us. Staff were also trying to flog a 12 inch chicken and sweetcorn pizza which had clearly been sat there a long time and they were still holding onto it when we’d left. Once we got the food, it was really tasty - pizzas would’ve been better if it hadn’t been kept warm for 10 minutes, fries were great. So basically if you don’t mind naff service, rude staff and waiting a long time after your food is ready - this is the place for you.

The food was ok but the staff seemed very slow and gave off a strong impression they didn’t want to be there. Our food was over x2 the amount of time they said it would be ready. They didn’t even apologise.

Never had a bad meal from chesters, friendliest staff I've ever met. Good effort Ali!

Chesters is a great place. Great food with great customer service. Have to say Zohaib Shah has always been very hospitable to us everytime we’ve been there. 10/10 would recommend.
