I am so very upset. I went to Chester Share shop in the city centre to buy 3 suspended coffees. For those that don't know, Suspended coffees are bought so that anyone that needs a hot drink it has already been paid for them The Share shop informed me the the police and Chester Council have stopped the shop from providing coffees and any donated food to those in need as it might interfere with the Christmas Market. So when the people need it the most when it is cold their support is taken away. All so that it doesn't interfere with tourism and profit. It is utterly disgraceful.
