Lovely vets, nurses and reseptionists! Kind and caring, very professional. Clean waiting room and very spacious. Flat entrance so is completely wheelchair accessible.

They charged me consultation fee for coming in and out with no consultation. When I started to question it I was told that I paid for precious time of the vet and my dog needs a trainer because he was too anxious and they couldn’t check him. Absolutely awful. I’ve moved to another surgery.

They are the most wonderful, friendly, compassionate vets I have ever been to. They look after my 3 (Yes 3) dogs and my cat. Sadly I have lost 2 dogs since living in Chessington. Michael and his team have genuinely cared about them, providing amazing care and treatment right up until it was time to say goodbye. I never felt pushed into having expensive unnecessary tests or treatments. They were always honest and kind. I really can't recommend them highly enough.
