So took approx 2.5 hours for a delivery this evening. All down to an Uber Eats glitch and the food going to a pub of all places rather than my house.nnThree calls to the shop, each professionally answered. The order did arrive approx. 2 hours after ordering but only half the order. The shop had their driver back at the house within 10 minutes.nnTheir driver was professional and tipped twice.nnNever had problems with this kebab shop and even when things go very wrong, they have at least for us as customers got them back right.nnNext up, Uber Eats. Navigate to the App, my account and cancel Uber One subscription. The customer services team there were hopeless and am not rewarding uber with a £60 a year subscription when they are too often, too poor.
Ive just realised why I stopped using them. Total farce every time I've orderd. No tomato base on a calzone, it's a folded pizza they do not have garlic butter as a base. They missed my wife's chicken kebab and the free garlic bread. I called they did redeliver the missed kebab but left the free garlic bread with cheese. We all ended up eating different times. The food was cold and not really nice. Not what I expect on a 50 quid order. Save your money and use someone else. Sort your selves out Cheshire Kebab
Raw dough in our pizza and calzone, so under cooked the cheese isn't melted and when we requested a refund we were denied it and told its cooked properly despite showing evidence. Absolutely disgusting food and service so now I have had to raise a bank dispute just to get my money back for inedible food
Huge bone found in calzone!I was a fairly regular customer and I will now not order from here ever again! The bone was huge roughly 3cm long and 2cm wide if this had been swallowed my boyfriend could have died! I have put pictures below with a peice of chicken next to it for sizing. Absolutely disgusting
Delivery driver was a nice guy, but honestly I couldn’t eat the food. I don’t understand how chicken kebab tasted like Indian curry. Nope
