Cheshire Hardware is a really fantastic company with proper old fashioned customer service. They take time to discuss your requirements over the phone and clearly have a real depth of knowledge about the products. If only there were more companies like this!

Fantastic company to deal with! You can usually tell how good a company is when something goes wrong. There was a slight manufacturing fault with brass door  escutcheons that I ordered. I spoke with Cheshire Hardware, they understood the problem, checked the rest of their stock and got straight on to the manufacturers. A few days later they resent the whole order. I won't hesitate to use this company again!
