Highways really didn't want to take ownership. Told to use web site - which doesn't work unless you know the post code . Tried to fob it off onto other staff who had their own work to do. Poor no effort made.
A big thank you to the Cheshire East highways officer who stopped to help yesterday evening 24/11/2021 at the scene of the RTA at Chelford Road/Buckingham Drive, Knutsford. It was much appreciated. Sorry, didn`t get chance to speak before everyone dispersed.
I spent 35 minutes reporting a damaged street light into your system, maps locations and so on...............only for the system to fail and not accept at the end! Typical ZERO service Zero customer orientation...........But then what else can I expect after you have suffered 10 years of austerity.
