Dr Oji is the best dentist I have known. He is very good and professional in what he does and doesn't try to make money out of you like some other dentists. He explains everything very well and is very reassuring.
Best dentist I have been to in a long time. The receptionists were attentive and scheduled my appointments in perfect time. Peter and the dental nurse looked after me very well and I am really pleased. Would definitely recommend!
Always really happy with the NHS service. Doctor do what they need to do and they are honest about what can be done for tha NHS price and what private service offer.They will discuss all dental problems and try to find best solution for your health and wallet. Depends what you want and need there is wide range of treatment options. Thank you Cherrytree team
Total bad service. Wont recommend to anyone. Dentist service not professional at all. If you value your time then I will suggest you dont bother going to Cherry Tree. They have no concept of time. Had appointment at 14:00 got to the place at 13:45, was left to stand outside till 14:25 with not information, not even seat. The only information given is the dentist is dressing up. Dont know if she/he was dressing to a wedding.
I really don't understand any poor reviews.Myself and my family have been going to cherrytree dentist many years.Dr Chi Ojji and staff are always so professional and show great expertise,even under much stress and demands of this professional occupation. Thank you Mrs Price
Absolutely terrible service from the dentist, she did a 6 second clean and broke off a piece of my good tooth!! Always feels completely rushed and never listened to. Would give zero stars if I could.
DONT GO HERE very rude turned my partner away when she needed antibiotics then over the weekend her infection had popped and rung Monday for an emergency appointment like 111 had told us yet again very rude and told us to wait for a call save yourself the trouble find a caring and understanding dentist unless you want rudeness and Incompetence this is the place for you !!!!!
Called up friday to book an emergency appointment cause ive got an infection on the left side of my face for them to turn round and say that i should of called earlier the reception lady is very rude when i asked for another emergency appointment and i said that the infection is life threatening it could cause sepsis and they refused to book me a appointment and she said that the dentist will decide if he wants to see me, worst dentist ever
Decent have been using for years. Chi is calming and helpful, the dental hygienists are very personable and fun! helps a lot with my dental anxiety.
Avoid they do not provide a "Duty Of Care" to patients promising to call back and do not, the receptionist is not at all helpful and refuses to let you speak to the dentist If you get an appointment work provided is poor quality and no hygienist service service.
