Great collection of local history and artifacts as well as the special touring displays of taxidermy and other remains
Well worth a visit! Popped in after visiting the castle, it was very quiet and had quite a lot of interesting things to see, and it was free!
Good museum be it smallish. Free entry. Plenty of parking nearby. Would appeal to adults. Well worth a visit though.

This museum has lots to offer in describing the history of the local area, especially industry. And it's free! Plan to spend at least an hour.
