Iam so fed up with this service! I order my repeat prescription a week before its due and when I go to pick it up, it's not there the majority of the time! This is so frustrating!
How can it take over a week? The doctors surgery is next door! Plus most of the staff there are rude especially the mature lady with dark hair and glasses.
I wouldn't recommend this chemist at all!

Absolutely shocking chemist. They took my prescription by mistake from my GP for controlled drug pain killers. LOST my prescription and when I asked them to find it in was told by the lady 'we are a bit busy at the moment so I haven't got time to look for it'. They did eventually find it and tried to blame my GP for giving it to them despite them having to sign for it and it clearly states my regular chemist across the top. When I collected it from them not a word of apology only a rude woman who once again blamed my GP

Great chemist for repeat prescriptions, the staff are friendly and helpful too
