Frequent trains but its always busy! Theres a costa at the station which is good. Loads of ticket machines. If you have to queue for a ticket it can be long. Many stairs up to the platforms. When coming down at rush hour its a very slow set of steps due to the volume of people, although there is a separate entrance on platform 2 that goes down to the bus station.nnThey could do with some weed killer for the middle of the track.
I really enjoyed the journey from London to Chelmsford. The train service here is amazing, the staff are wholehearted. As an avid traveller, I expect this kind of service in London Zone.
Nice sized station with trains travelling to various destinations around the London & Essex regions, as well as connecting trains to most areas of the UK, i found the staff mixed as I had to get off the train due to feeling really sick due to the overpowering smell of garlic, the 1st man had no problem letting me out, but when I came back & asked to get back in explaining & showing my valid ticket, this man had a serious problem opening the barrier.
A small station with good view. Two platforms and easy to reach by bus and taxi.
The staff from here is not for help the people, staff is only for make a money.nnI met a woman here who only likes to make money not to help you….nJust be careful when you come in this station
