I really enjoyed the journey from London to Chelmsford. The train service here is amazing, the staff are wholehearted. As an avid traveller, I expect this kind of service in London Zone.
Waiting facilities on platform 1 are closed with little or no work taking place. Lift on platform 2 also closed. Disabled passengers may wish to check whether they can access the platform as the only alternative is stairs. Welcome to Tory Broken Britain.
The staff from here is not for help the people, staff is only for make a money.nnI met a woman here who only likes to make money not to help you….nJust be careful when you come in this station
Cute little town, with a lovely high street, nice restaurants.
This station is top-notch. No missed trains, quick coffee with no queues, ample staff at the ticket office provided you don't turn up a few minutes prior to your train, and taxis galore during rush hour. Plus, there are fast food, restaurants and drinking options just steps away from the station including a small M&S Food. A hassle-free station for delays and cravings.
