I am not so sure what they are.
They used to be a limited company and suddainly they became a charity based one?!
Tried many times to tell them I do have good furniture I want to rehome but no replies
When I click I am told by norton the site is not what it seem to be, and indeed it is not a .org but a co.uk redirected, because the co.uk was probably the limited company.
Anyway if you do not want people wondering try to change your set-up so norton and the rest recognise you to be genuine and do reply to your messages.

Awful experience, would not recommend these people who claim to be a Christian based charity, try selling your own furniture or just take it to the tip for recycling..
