Amazing staff and amazing service. The post office is really handy too. I would recommend this pharmacy to any one who wants get prescriptions and over the counter products in W1.

I went in to buy paracetamol and came out 10 minutes later having had the latest flu jab. I couldn't be happier with the service at this little pharmacy and it was the most pain-free injection I have had - lovely friendly people and a no fuss approach. Highly recommend :

Fantastic service from the pharmacy. We had a relatively complicated prescription that was dealt with immediately and everything was in stock. Prescription filled and handed over within 5mins. Polite and friendly staff. Can’t fault it

Had excellent service from the staff when I visited with a family member - especially Vishwa who was polite, patient and helped  us with our queries!

Shocking service, the rudest staff I have ever come across. I will never ever use this Post Office. I had a broken arm, clearly obvious as I was in a sling, and I was a little bit slower than usual. They screamed at me to hurry up as they had a queue. I asked them not to shout at me. They told me to get out and find another Post Office. Absolutely in shock. I’ve never had an experience like this. From now on I will only ever use the Baker Street Post office and the Mortimer Street Post Office. The staff at both those establishments are lovely.
