Place normally good service but tonight got a delivery says it was with driver from 22.55 then 23.25 arrived when said it was delivered I foned shop and they said have I the right shop and could I hold a minute came back on fone to say it was there 23 45 it was delivered 50 mins from it was with driver Food was freezing whole order went in bin tried to ring them but no answer
Never will I buy from this place again. After waiting an hour to receive my order, part of it was missing. When I rang the shop to inform them, I was told they would have it sent up. After waiting another 30 minutes, I rang back to be told they had lost the docket and hadn't even made it yet. They informed me it would be drove straight up. Then after another 35 minutes and 10 minutes trying to get through to the shop, who had taken the phone off the hook, I gave up. Over 2hrs for our meal, over 60 minutes of which the meal spent in the oven waiting for the rest of it. Not only was the service appalling but the attitude of everyone I spoke to was terrible. If your thinking the food would make up for it, you're wrong. Also do not be fooled by thinking this was an isolated incident. Twice now I have been treated to a similar terrible experince. But absolutely never again. Worst service I have ever experienced from a take away. Stay well clear!
I can't give 0 star as 1 was minimum star. One of the most pathetic and disgusting food service resturant..I have been calling resturant for 2 hrs and they say the food is on the way and will take 10 mins..after 2 hrs lady say the rider has bring back the food as he was not able to find the addressee.. the dumbest excuse I have listened.. ...then she insisted me to cancel the order ...very lame and pathetic service..she was not letting me talk to driver, manager or owner.
Absolute disaster. Girl doing the phone has terrible english. Food was 2 hrs late and the order was wrong! Rang back they hadn’t a clue what i was saying! £17 for this. Never again
Food OK but charged double for delivery and only answer I got was delivery driver must have made a mistake, even though it was written on the receipt, no offer of refund or price off next time. Great way to run a business...
would give lower score than 1, used just eat, got txt to say food was on way 45 mins later i rang to ask where order was, heard them say it was still there, they then tried to deliver food that was sitting there for over 50 mins, have contacted just eat for full refund as we sent it back, terrible service , would not use again
Waiting times are unreal. Ordered twice and both times waited 3 PLUS HOURS to end up just collecting it ourselves. Phoned an hour after putting the order through and was told it had just left the shop, then phoned after another hour of waiting to be told the same lie again. Really wouldn't bother with the place.
Their chilli chicken is the best in town and their Singapore fried rice would feed 3 people! It's great that delivery is only £1.30. Unlike the Royal Thai all main meals come with a side and you can pick regular or large orders. I wouldn't go anywhere else.Plus the staff who take your orders are polite and always give you a total price once they take your order so you know what to expect when the delivery driver comes.
