Decent food and staff. A good night to be had for groups of any size.
I was taken there by my son, daughtet_in_law, Grandchildren and friends for my 60th birthday. I enjoyed it so much, the staff were so very friendly and wished me a happy birthday, they were so pleasant and helpful. The food was of good quality, each course freshly cooked and well presented. The drinks are pricey, but on par with similar establishments. The decor of the establishment is good, overall, very impressed, a great evening was had by our party. Recommended.
Visit date - 29th April 2018. I visited as part of a group for the all you can eat buffet. Starters were tasty and portions of a generous size. I had the chicken satay skewers and crispy seaweed followed by the stir fried chicken with pineapple and sweet ginger. The beef dishes were enjoyed by the group as well. Service was pretty quick. On previous visits, service has always been good. 4 meals with drinks came to about £80. Would go again definitely.
Amazing experience, the young girl with the dark brown hair politely took our order, she was incredibly confident and sophisticated. Very pleased with the service however I think her name was shakiera the decor was very dated but the service and the food made up for the decor.
After ordering for delivery it did come after an hour as promised. And it seems they must have been cooking the salt and pepper ribs for that long as they were that over cooked they were inedible. Also the first time I've order sweet and source chicken and it didn't come in battered balls. it tasted ok but the portion size was that of a child. Compared to the crammed box with my chow me in in. So all in all I won't be ordering again for how much it costs and the quality we were less than impressed. I expected better as I have eaten in the restaurant for a meal before now and it was great.
Starters were fab, some of the best we've had, went down hill from there. Some of the mains were inedible, we were waiting nearly 2 hours from arrival for any mains to arrive. Such a shame as the layout and staff were lovely, but the long wait and inedible food was a come down and likely put us off returning.
Had always highly recommended to friends and family but the last time I visited, I had a horrendous experience with the waiter and food. Very rude, had to repeat our order to her a few times and she still had gotten it wrong on a few occasions, had gotten angry with us a few times when we told her she had brought out the wrong thing, the owner had to help rectify her mistakes which made the waiter even more hostile towards us. Just awful. The next morning, both myself and my partner were very ill, which despite being ok previously, we know must have been the food as it had been the only thing we had eaten for 24 hours. I will never visit again.
Starters were...ok. Had prawn toast a bit too much grease and peking capitol ribs nice but..battery. Mains...lemon chick, very nice. Sweet and sour pork, too much batter and dry. Chicken fried rice, smelt weird and the chicken was quite soggy. Time before I came it was really nice so not sure what happened this time. The prices is good, the staff are attentive and nice.
Food was served swiftly and was delicious. Visiting mid week meant there was a further discount from their already reasonable prices. The decor has not changed in one way for several years but apart from that could not fault the place.
The food was delicious as it always is and fantastic value for money however the service was poor and for the most part whether intended or not was quite frankly - rude. I got the impression they would just rather we weren't there.
