Placed an order online, got a phone call to let me know that a cheese was out of stock due to covid, and offered a similar replacement which I was happy with. Really pleasant and friendly staff on the phone and when the cheese arrived it was nicely wrapped, nothing was under sized and was really tasty.
Fantastic family run business, with an amazing selection and quality is second to none highly recommended!
