We enjoyed our authentic wood fired Neapolitan style pizza here. The food was delicious and the service once we were seated good. Food came out quick and fresh and hot. One drawback was having to leave our phone number while waiting for a table and being called only after we had left and travelled a distance of about 20 minutes. Tables seemed to be available. There was no place to stand at the restaurant and wait. Later when we were seated I noticed there were other patrons who were seated immediately upon arrival, maybe bc it was less busy later. Nonetheless, great pizza.
Excellent pizza place in the heart of Aviemore. Upstairs above the Blacks outdoor shop. Inside was warm and welcoming, and the service throughout was friendly and prompt. The pizzas and garlic bread were all excellent, up there with some of the best pizza we’ve had. The bases were soft and thin, crusts nice and crisp, and the toppings all well cooked and generous. When we’re back in town, we’ll definitely visit again.
The food was absolutely amazing, but one of the servers was staring at us during parts of dinner. Overall the service was very good though, the same staff member that was staring at us was very good, along with the rest of the staff. The atmosphere was great, with a really cosy feel and an authentic Italian pizza oven. I would really recommend this place for anyone who happens to be in Aviemore, whether they are a resident or a tourist. We went there for 5PM for dinner, as that's when they open on a Friday. It was also very affordable!
The best place to get pizza in Aviemore, if not in the whole Scotland! You can really taste the fresh ingredients. The pesto, chicken, and parmesan pizza was different class! Tiramisu was also delicious! All this was enjoyed in the nice atmosphere with very friendly staff!
Best pizza in Aviemore, once the mountain cafe which I miss the breakfasts now is an awesome pizza restaurant..... The kids loved It I was starving so I would probably have eaten my shoe we will be back.
