Lovely food you cook your own steaks and everything else is given to you ready to eat, we went for Set menu 1. Atmosphere was nice and lovely staff. If am being picky the only things downside I would say is that I wish there was more than just one option in terms of drinks wise for the set menu and I also wish it came with some salad.Food: 4/5
Visited this restaurant on a Friday night as it had a high average rating at the time of my review with 4,6 stars on average over a total of 587 reviews - unfortunately my expectations could not be met. Meat was of average quality at best - probably due to its cheap price of 27,50 GBP for an all-you-can eat. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
Nice atmosphere, very attentive friendly staff and plenty of food. Something a bit different, cooking our own steak. Not sure how strong the sangria was but nevertheless had a very pleasant evening.
Always a must when in BSE! Good fun and you will come out totally full! To say something bad, probably they should improve a bit the ventilation of the restaurant as it gets quite smoky sometimes, but totally recommended.
Absolutely lovely! Great offers in the menu, welcoming and warming staff. If you are there, make sure to check out their sangria! A steakhouse we will be back to very soon. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot plates that we could Cook our stake on but also tried their cheers sirloin steak which was cooked to perfection. Loved it!Food: 5/5
Unbelievable restaurant and service beware the meat sweats . Any meat eater couldn’t ask for anything better. Just wish I’d save room for dessert. But an endless stream of steak and sides how could you save space. Will definitely be visiting here again. If I could give more stars I would
We book it Friday night for last minute and we have a table in 30 min. The service is very good we sit upstairs. The only I'm disappointed is the fries its quite oily. The chairs is not that comfortable my partner keep slipping .... Love there Sangria . The prawns are in good size and delicious also the beef. Will be back soon actually for Christmas party. Vegetarian options: There is a option if you dont want the beef. I think it's Halloumi I'm not sure.
We've been going to Cheers, as a group of friends, once a week for years. Always happy and leaving a nice tip for the staff until a new young girl came to work over there. The story is that if you have few people eating you need to change a frying stone every 20 minutes other way you will be boiling the meat not frying. We never had any issue with it. When we asked this young lady for a new hot stone she said that our stone is warm enough so we had to asked another waitress to do it for us and we left the place with a nice tip for him. You know everyone can have a bad day, no problem, so we went over there a week later again. Since we entered the place we saw this lady being very upset to see us again. There was another waitress, lucky us, so we had our starters and we started the main meal. Few minutes later he was gone and we have been left with this young lady who refused to serve us !!! Would you believe it ? She didn't say sorry for being rude last time, she just carry on being even more rude this time !!! We spent 30 minutes sitting with no food, no drinks until the other guy came back so we paid and left. I'm afraid it was our last visit. We have never been treated with such bad manners. Sorry Cheers you have been good for years but not any more.
I was taken here for my birthday and choose the grilled salmon. It’s really not hard to cook salmon but it was over cooked and dry. “New potatoes” were tainted and were replaced with a batch that tasted worse. I was told they were freshly cooked but the replacements arrived in 5 minutes? Young waiter has worked there for 2 weeks and was very helpful.
This was a fun experience! You get to cook your own unlimited steak on a hot stone very tasty steak and great service!
