I have to say I have used and dealt with cheerful char now for over a year & in all that time found there level of service and expertise exceptional.
the proprietor John runs a extremely professional service and personally makes sure from the outset that the client is happy and all his or her expectations are met, In my case definitely exceeded. I would be happy to recommend Cheerful Char and John to friends and family. His level of detail to insure the client is very rarely seen in this day and age of poor or substandard service. Engage his services without fear. 5 Stars

The best recommendation i can give is 'Dont bother wasting your time'.
I found this company very patronising, they have a complete lack of knowledge about how to run a company that im not even sure they know they are a cleaning company and they clearly dont listen to their potential customers requests.
Seriously... Just dont bother!

Rang to employ a regular cleaner. they said theyd call to arrange an initial visit. they didnt. we rang again then someone came with a cleaner to look round and price up. the lady cleane, did a great job. we arranged for every two weeks. two weeks later i had to ring again to see when the cleaner was coming as she was late. was told due to sickness and other reasons they couldnt make the appointment but would reschedule. two weeks later i ring again (as been on holiday for a week) to be told they couldnt continue with this contract. at no time have they called to keep us posted weve chased them every time. would discourage anyone from using this company.
