Read the reviews and thought I'd give it a chance for the price but as soon as we walked in it smelt of damp. The under 5s section looked a bit run down and there wasn't really much in any of the areas. We went into the baby area where they had a blowing machine- STAY AWAY FROM IT. You didn't have to look in it much to see the amount of rubbish and dirt inside. It wasn't as cold as I thought it would be. I'm not sure about the older areas but if you have a young child there's much better and cleaner soft play areas you can go to.
Everything was great here, I was dubious with the area but I needn't worry. Very clean, safe and very fun play gym. Highly recommended and best I've been to in the West Yorkshire area. Polite and helpful staff, official parking and entrance around the back. You can however park at the front and use the exit only door if needed. Booking online.
Used to visit as a child myself so was strange to come back 20 years later with my own little boy. We spent about 1.5 hours here, my baby is just starting to learn to walk but could enjoy most areas. It’s a great big open space of a play gym which makes it fantastic fun and never seen as busy. There’s a tiny free car park near the entrance or you can park in the bigger car parks around which aren’t part of cheeky monkeys.
The place is absolutely ice cold, not suitable for children or babies. My daughters feet were absolutely frozen. It's dirty and there are no toys in the baby soft play area. The food is expensive for the cheap produce that it is and the toilets had no toilet roll. Will not be returning. Avoid unless you want you and your kids to get poorly. Outside was warmer!
First time and definitely the last time. Visited with my 14 month old daughter. The place is absolutely freezing!! Everyone had their coats on. I've never felt anything like it in a children's play area. The baby area was ice cold and my daughter was frozen. Not enjoyable at all. The food choice is not good and the menus are dirty. There was no toilet roll in the ladies toilets. The baby change is dirty and freezing cold. The staff don't look very happy, probably because they are freezing all day. Very disappointing!
First time visiting. Think it will be the last. Parking is a nightmare in the middle of rows and rows of terrace houses. All permit holders only. The entrance has steps, not great with a pram. The place is absolutely freezing! And I mean freezing! To the point I never took my coat off and my youngest a baby was so cold. There’s much better soft play.
Went today for the first time. Great space and lots to do for all ages. It was cold 10 degrees outside but colder inside. 2 heaters on the roof on but the place is very big so they needed more. Plus they kept turning them off and I had to ask to turn them on. My little one and me! were absolutely frozen through which, sadly, meant we had to leave early. The whole place feels grubby; the play area and the toilets. Definitely needs a deep clean, heating on before, and during, customers being in. Could be a great place to play but sadly we won’t be back with those temperatures and lack of cleanliness
Wouldn’t come back again, came for the first time and the last with my 1 year old. Baby section is meant to be for under 2’s and there’s older kids just running about, it’s grubby and there was a kid with no socks on and bare feet out wiping snot all over the soft play area and was way older than 2. It’s quite smelly, and absolutely freezing. Parents are on their phone constantly and not watching their kids so they’re running feral in the baby areas nearly knocking them down. I went to order some food and kitchen was shut well early so we left hungry. Allotted time is 2 hours for play and I left after 1 and immediately showered and washed my son’s clothes when we got home.
if i could give 0 stars i would. shocking service from the staff, rude and blunt, no interest in working there whatsoever. the atmosphere was terrible, absolutely freezing, my child was shivering the whole time. not allowed to eat packed lunch unless you buy from there, bearing in mind our hot chocolates came freezing cold. also the play area is rock solid, not suitable for children. no thank you or goodbye as we left, just stared at us as we walked out.
Very spacious and lots to do for little ones of all ages. Very secure play areas
